2017 Shiraz
Fruit sourced from premium Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale vineyards, picked in the cool of the morning and open fermented. Hand plunged four times a day to extract the rich colour and complex mid palate. Matured for 12 months in both French and American barriques.
This Shiraz is floral with vibrant dark cherry and blackberry aromas.
The palate has mid palate sweetness with vibrant fruit flavours, enhanced by soft tannins, smooth finish and excellent balance.

This wine is not too heavy and goes perfectly with both duck and quail dishes, (not that I personally cook this one too often!) However I love it with Butter Chicken to0!
Be adventurous and try it with your favourite dish.
Although these bottles are unlabelled, it doesn’t affect the great quality!
