O’Leary Walker Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
The 2022 Cabernet is very much a fruit-driven wine, reflecting an ideal growing season. This wine was made from low-yielding Cabernet grown in the Polish Hill River region of the Clare Valley. The bouquet displays powerful jubey and blackcurrant fruit. The palate is layered and flavoursome with vibrant fruit characters, balanced with a finish displaying wonderful fine, long tannins.
This outstanding Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, is a wine to be enjoyed with friends and because of the herbaceous notes and ripe black & red fruits it pairs so well with a variety of food, from Marinated Beef Short Ribs to Roasted Duck Breast or Roasted Mushroom with Halloumi!
