2023 Clare Valley Riesling
2023 was a wonderful vintage for Riesling in the Clare Valley.
This Riesling is pale straw in colour with a slight green tinge,
this wine displays great purity of lime, lemon with hints of musk and fennel.
The palate is fine, yet intensely limey and long with a clean, crisp naturally acidic
finish and balance.
A wonderful example of a fresh, zingy Clare Valley Riesling.
A wine to be served chilled with a dozen fresh oysters is as good as it gets!
A wonderful wine, just without a label!
